There are three types of sunk rollers currently used in the factory: slotless sunk rollers, straight groove sunk rollers and spiral groove sunk rollers. The existing spiral groove type sinking roller includes a cylindrical roller body and roller shafts provided at both ends of the roller body. The outer surface of the roller is provided with a spiral groove, and the cross section of the spiral groove is U-shaped. When using the existing spiral groove sink roller, the zinc solution is stirred and adhered to the surface of the plate to be galvanized, and the excess zinc solution enters the end of the roller body under the rotation of the sink roller to prevent the zinc solution from forming on the surface of the sink roller. However, the opening of the spiral groove of the existing spiral groove buried roller is wider, the zinc liquid is not easy to be stored in the spiral groove, the bottom of the spiral groove is narrower, and the adhesion of the zinc liquid is larger, which is not conducive to flowing in the spiral groove. Due to the limitation of the spiral groove structure, the service life of the existing spiral groove sinking roller is 7-8 days, which cannot meet the requirement of 10-12 days for the sinking roller of the galvanizing production line.
