The heating of the radiant tube is suitable for the furnace with protective atmosphere and corrosive atmosphere. Because the electric heating element is placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from the general open type electric heating element, and its thermal shielding is large. During the heating process, the temperature of the electric heating element must be controlled separately to prevent the element from overheating. According to data analysis, a carburizing furnace controls the temperature inside the radiant tube and the furnace temperature at a low temperature stage. The temperature difference between the two is about 300 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 800 ℃ and is thermally stable, the temperature difference is still 120 ℃ to 140 ℃.
Note:
(1) Place refractory gasket on the bottom of the tube;
(2) Hang it correctly, handle it lightly, and take measures in time if it is deformed. When placed horizontally, there should be a support frame;
(3) Separately control the electric heating element when the temperature rises;
(4) In high humidity weather, components should be prevented from absorbing moisture, and should be assembled immediately after opening, warmed up for a few minutes, and then powered on. In case of high humidity weather or areas, do not heat too quickly.

Use:
1. Prohibit long-term over-temperature, overload use.
2. When the furnace temperature is higher than 400℃, no rapid cooling is allowed.
3. Do not touch the radiant tube when loading and discharging.
4. When the furnace is working, always pay attention to whether the traffic lights on the control panel are normal. During the heat preservation, the traffic lights should be replaced once to avoid burning the radiation tube due to the failure of the control switch.
5. Pay attention to the working condition of the instrument at any time and find out that the furnace temperature and the instrument indication are abnormal, and it must be analyzed and processed in time.
6. For furnaces with a capacity of more than 100KW, it is better to install an ammeter for inspection in each heating zone. There should be an ammeter for each phase of the three-phase high-temperature electric furnace.
Maintenance:
1. After three to four months of use, pull out the radiant tube, pour out the dust in the radiant tube, and turn the radiant tube 180 degrees to use.
2. Note the positive and negative poles of the radiant tube, and exchange the positive and negative poles from March to April.
3. After pulling out the radiant tube, be careful when disassembling the binding posts, and do not hit or knock the lead rod.
4. The bolts leading out of the terminal clamp are prone to oxidative loosening, and should be regularly checked and tightened.
